INFORMATION AND TERMS OF SALE

PLEASE NOTE: A number of buyers, especially those using Yahoo email, have apparently been having difficulty in receiving email from us. We respond to ALL emails. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, turn off any filters you may have operating, and email us again. If you still don't receive a response, please contact the auction site and request our telephone number. Please limit telephone calls to normal business hours - 9 am - 6 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Or email us with your telephone number and we'll be happy to call you during normal business hours.

Our goal is to provide top quality products to our customers and the best possible pricing.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to high quality customer service.

To that end, we state our policies clearly on all of our auctions. Please take the time to read our terms of sale prior to placing your bid.

PRODUCTS:
All products are brand new unless stated otherwise in the auction listing.

For comparison, we list the actual Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for all items for which we have it available. We do not inflate retail pricing. All products are available when listed and while supplies last.

PAYMENT:
We accept credit and debit cards through our own merchant account using AuctionCheckout to provide a secure payment gateway. AuctionCheckout is fully integrated with Overstock Auctions. To make a payment using this method, please click on the "Pay Now" button in the winners' notification or invoice you receive, and follow the instructions to issue the payment.

We also accept payment through PayPal. Please click on the PayPal logo below to make your payment.

In addition, we are pleased to offer Google Checkout as a payment option. If you'd like to pay through Google Checkout, please let us know and we'll send you an invoice from that payment provider.

Payment for all auctions is due within 3 days of the auction's close. We will leave negative ratings for all non-paying buyers and file a report with the auction site. Your bid is a contract to buy if you win the auction. If you bid, please plan to complete the transaction by paying for the product!

SHIPPING:
We ship most of our products UPS. Occasionally we may also use Fedex or priority mail with delivery confirmation. Tracking numbers are provided to our customers as soon as we have them available.

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from the date we received your cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays excluded.

Shipping charges include the cost of shipping materials and processing, as well as the actual rate charged by the carrier.

For those items that ship directly from the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warehouse, we are charged a per-order processing fee that is included in the shipping/handling charge.

Please compare our shipping/handling costs with those of other sellers before bidding. We choose not to make money on our shipping costs!

WE SHIP ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR AUCTIONS!

GUARANTEES, WARRANTEES, & REFUNDS:
We check inventory carefully before an item is listed, and monitor inventory throughout the course of the listing. We never list items that do not have substantial quantity in inventory at the time of the listing. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, the buyer will have the option of waiting for it to restock or receiving a prompt and full refund, including any shipping/handling charges paid.

All of our products carry with them our own 10-day guarantee as well as any applicable warrantee from the manufacturer. If there's a problem with a product, we'll either replace it or issue a refund, at our discretion.

All refunds are for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Buyer is responsible return shipping charges.

Clothing items are exchangeable for a different size. Again, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will pay for shipping the new size to you.

Returns for non-defective items will be at our discretion. Refunds for non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

ALL returns require RMA authorization. PLEASE contact us for RMA authorization BEFORE returning an item. Return shipments received without an RMA# will be returned at the buyer's expense, and will render our guarantee null and void.

RATINGS:
If you have a problem with a product, or with any aspect of how the sale is being handled, please contact us before leaving a rating. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue to both your satisfaction and ours.

We believe that ratings should reflect the entire transaction - payment made, item shipped and received, and any outstanding issues addressed. Accordingly, we leave ratings at the end of that process, and anticipate that our buyers will do likewise.

Please email us with any issues about your order BEFORE leaving a rating and GIVE US TIME TO RESPOND. On weekdays we respond within 24 hours - usually much sooner. Sellers have families too - on weekends we are not quite so speedy at times.

Leaving a rating without contacting us and giving us time to respond will result in our satisfaction guarantee being null and void. Also please expect to receive a factual rating from us that represents the entire transaction, including your communications with us (or lack thereof) and the appropriateness of your rating of us. Emailing us in the middle of the night and immediately leaving a rating does NOT constitute appropriate use of the rating system!

Before you leave a rating, Overstock Auctions states the following:

If you have a dispute, contact your trading partner to try and resolve the dispute before leaving comments.

Therefore, leaving a rating without contacting us constitutes a violation of Overstock's ratings policy and you WILL be reported to the site!

If you're looking for something you don't find in our listings, please tell us. We may well be able to find it for you and, if so, will be glad to post an auction for it.

WE DO NOT SELL OFF THE AUCTION SITE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DO SO. IT AS AGAINST OVERSTOCK'S TERMS OF SERVICE.
