Our Return Policy:

Note: Effective 2/20/08 our return policy has changed. We will not accept opened DVDs, CDs or computer software purchased after this date unless they are defective. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the identical item only provided it is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. This will effect all purchases made after 2/20/08.

DiscoveryChannelStore offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price (excludes Meade telescopes and accessories).

Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, and items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and contents (defective items exempted). For items returned without a receipt, DiscoveryChannelStore only offers an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

• Gift cards and certificates cannot be refunded.
• All telescope returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, unused and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange.
• All DVDs, CDs and computer software must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
• Defective DVDs, CDs and computer software may be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
• High Definition DVD (HD DVD) format DVDs cannot be returned.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
• Most exchanges and returns are processed within two weeks of receipt.
