We deal with Network equipment, computer accessories, computer systems, consumer electronics, car audio, office supplies, cellular phones and accessories, home and garden, bedding, bath, and many other categories of items. Serious bidders only. Bidding on our items mean you have read the complete policy and agree to all terms. Please only bid if you intend to purchase. We will not tolerate Non-Paying bidders. You will be reported to eBay if payment is not received according to payment terms. Your bid is a "contractual" legal binding agreement between you and Auction North Georgia. Checkout
All winning bidders MUST use the Marketworks Checkout button. You may also visit this link to check the status of your order. If checking out for multiple items, buyers must wait for ALL auctions to end before clicking on the Checkout button.

Bidders have 2 options to Checkout.

Option 1 - Once the item closes you are bidding on or buying, return to the item page and click the Checkout button located in the Checkout section of the description or the Checkout button below. If bidding on multiple items, please wait for ALL auctions to close before checking out.

Option 2 - Wait for the email to be generated and sent to you then click on the Checkout link located in the email.

Please Note: Failure to use the Checkout button will result in a delay in processing and shipping.

Payment
You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of auction close with an Checkout link in it. Please click on the link, and fill in the information for Marketworks. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please email us at jim@auctionnorthga.com . We must receive your payment no later than 7 days after the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made. Item will be re-listed and eBay will be notified of non-payment after this period unless prior arrangements have been made.

Accepted payment methods:
1) Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted via Paypal Only!
Paypal payments MUST be made through the Marketworks Checkout only! You may not send Paypal payments directly to us!

2) US Postal Money Order/ Bank Cashier's Check. No Personal Checks please.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. Item will be re-listed and eBay will be notified of non-payment after this period unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer must use the Checkout button in the Checkout section to complete the information needed before sending payment. Payment can be mailed to:

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged for all Georgia orders at 7%.

Shipping
Buyer pays for all shipping . We do not offer any COD Shipments nor do we ship out orders outside of the USA. We do not offer any Pick Ups from our Stores. We ship via USPS. and offer all their services, from 'Parcel Post' to 'Express Mail' (where available). Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Shipping is calculated on auction site with shipping calculator for items that do not have fixed price on shipping. Be sure to put your zip code in to see how much shipping would be to you. This amount is not negotiable and will include a handling charge based on the weight and size of item.

Product Warranty & Exchange
All Items are bench tested prior to shipping. If the Item is found to be DOA prior to installation, it must be sent back within 5 days, for exchange. We will exchange it out with the same item, or an item of equal/greater value, at our discretion.

There is a 15% Re-stocking Fee for all (new in the box) uninstalled merchandise returned for credit. The S&H charges incurred, will not be refunded. A return authorization number must be issued prior to return of goods or defective merchandise. Claims for adjustment on short, or otherwise, unsatisfactory merchandise due to OUR fault, must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, or customer will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise. Any charges incurred from refused shipments will be charged back to the customer. We are not responsible for freight charges for defective returns or otherwise.

Feedback
Feedback will be generated by our automated feedback system once positive feedback is left for us. Please provide feedback when you receive your item and are satisfied with the transaction. Feedback is what eBay is based on. Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback.
