2.SHIPPING DETAILS:

(A)Standard shipping to the continental US. An email will be sent directly to you with your USPS tracking number once your item has been processed. Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday) to process your order.

(B)Combined ShippingBonus For each additional item after the initial shipping/handling charge, I will add only 99 cents to your order for items won within the same day

(C)Postal Claims: If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you require additional assistance, you must contact the postal service. I am not liable for delivered packages, packages accepted by other household members, or packages which have been damaged, rifled through or lost.
Please contact their toll free number. The postal service will take your information, including name, shipping address, tracking number along with any additional shipping/delivery information you may have. They will then assign you with a case number and a postal representative will contact you further.

3.RETURNS:
RETURN INFORMATION: Although I am certain you will enjoy your purchase, returns are accepted according to the terms below: You MUST email me with your request for an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) within 3 days after receiving your merchandise. Packages received without this number will be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

4.OTHER INFORMATION:

TERMS: Payment must be received within 3 days after end of auction, no exceptions or excuses. Sooner payment is received, sooner item is delivered. Winning bids may not be cancelled or retracted once the auction ends. Please be certain of your purchase before confirming your bid.
