My shipping policy:	Shipping and Handling is $1 for each auction win, all auctions won in one week can be invoiced together. All items are shipped after payment is received.
My payment policy:	Paypal ONLY!! Exceptions may be made for repeat customers with prior authorization. Email for details... linzgemz@msn.com Unfortunately, Idaho residents must add 5% sales tax for our governor.
My return policy:	We offer a full, no questions asked refund and return policy. Simply email us, return the stone and we refund the full auction price that you paid for the stone.

LinzGemz is a seller, buyer and collector of gemstones and a limited amount of special jewelry.

Every one of our Gems are 100% genuine, we rarely stock or sell created, simulated or artificial stones of any kind. Our gems may have been permanently treated to enhance color, as is accepted in the industry, but they are the real thing unless CLEARLY stated in the auction description.

I am selling gemstones for a very simple reason. I love them. I love to buy them, inspect them, test them, collect them and just touch them. I buy in large lots, select the best and 'cull' the rest. I am very particular about what I resell, if I, as a collector, don't want the stones, I am not going to sell them. My 8 year old loves to play with my culls, she doesn't care if they are included, chipped, or lower than my personal standards. I refuse to sell anything less than quality gemstones. My gems are Eye Clean unless otherwise CLEARLY stated in my listing. If you buy something from me and are not happy, PLEASE send it back, I will replace the value of your purchase in gemstones or refund the sale price, your choice.
