My dad, Doug Caffey has been selling land in Wyoming, South Dakota, Nevada, Utah , Texas and a few other states for over 35 years. I just head the sales department with all the online sales. There is no qualifying or any credit checks. All the land we sell is owner financed with small down payments and low monthly payments so everybody can own a large tract of land in the US. Please look around at other parcels of land on overstock and other auction websites and you will see that we have about the cheapest per acre price that you will find. All are land has access, clear title, title insurance, and is really cheap and easy to buy. You have full use of the land while making payments.
