SHOPLIFT ships Worldwide, but do not accept purchases from Nigeria or Indonesia.There is a $2.99 handling fee included in our shipping costs. All orders to the 48 contiguous States are shipped via UPS Ground shipping and other trucking companies. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to your purchase. All items will be shipped to winning bidders; we do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups from our location .For countries,all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and shipping expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for transit time, depending on your location.

All winning bids and purchases are to be payable to Shoplift.com. We do NOT accept personal checks, COD, or any other payment methods. After purchasing on eBay you may pay instantly with your credit card through PayPal.

eChecks can take 3 to 5 days to be authorized. Orders will be processed once PayPal has fully authorized the eCheck payment.

* PayPal allows credit card transactions up to only $2000 until your account is verified. After verification, you can charge more. The verification process usually takes 2 days. If you are purchasing an item and your purchase with shipping and tax will total over $2000, you may want to sign up for PayPal now to expedite your order.

For all NY residents, sales tax will always be added to your order total during checkout.

For certain products, If stated in the description, and for certain states, state and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the delivery address.

Tax Exempt Status for Re-Sellers:

Sales tax will always be charged in the state of NY. To request a refund of the sales tax collected, please do the following:

* If all of your purchases are tax exempt, you must present your tax-exempt certificate.

Please fax your tax-exempt certificate or your confirming purchase order to 516-869-4440. Then send an e-mail to us atinfo@shoplift.com.advising that the tax exempt certificate was sent. When the tax exempt status is verified, a refund for the sales tax collected will be issued via PayPal.

Return Policy

If SHOPLIFT ships the wrong product, or if the product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's specifications, the product will either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of SHOPLIFT. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. For any reason, if the item is out of stock, the buyer has an option to complete the transaction or a receive a full refund.

Feedback

SHOPLIFT will submit feedback on winning bidders within 15 days of a successful checkout. In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items SHOPLIFT will initiate eBay's "Non-Paying Bidder" process.

Liability Limit

In no event shall SHOPLIFT or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of SHOPLIFT and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder, and (b) $100.
