Money Order, or Cashiers Check , Personal Check, Certified Cashier Check. All Winning auction Payments Must be received within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days the item will be relisted and a non paying bidder complaint filed.
PAYMENT: Please include auction number, item description, size (if applicable) and shipping info along with your payment. All payments are due within 7 days of the end of auction, no exceptions. Non-paying bidders will be reported and a non paying bidder complaint filed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING DETAILS: Please read the shipping terms and costs associated with the auction. Multiple auction wins paid within 7 days of the first auction close, will be billed at our Combined S/H rate. Insurance is Optional. Items paid separately are not eligible for combine shipping.*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSIT, if you choose NOT to INSURE your shipment(s). We Strongly Advise purchasing Insurance in which a claim with the appropriate shipping service.
The S/H fee may be different than the actual Postage paid to ship your item. A fee may have been added to the postage cost to help cover the cost of carefully packaging your item. Some of these items may apply to your order: clear zip bags, jewelry boxes, cotton fill, manila envelopes, padded envelopes, tape, bubble wrap, address labels, invoices, etc. Each item comes in a beautiful gift box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We DO NOT ship Internationally.
RETURN POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return for an store credit or exchange, minus shipping charges. We do not refund return shipping costs. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment, if you are not happy with your purchase. All items must be returned, within 7 days of receipt, and date stamped as such, in original packaging, including jewelry box and any tags, item must be in unused condition and not altered in any way to qualify for an exchange or credit. Please use the contact Seller link in your auction to to notify us of the return and exchange number. Please include a copy of Exchange number email with your shipment. Any item received without an exchange number will be returned to the sender. We do not refund return shipping and handling costs. Seller retains the right to refuse any exchange or credit if we feel the exchange/credit policy is being abused.
FEEDBACK POLICY: Once you receive the item please inspect it and leave us a positive feedback. Our Auction management software system will leave one for you almost instantaneously. We encourage our Buyers to follow auction sites suggested way of discussion and communication with us if you run in to any kind of issues. We love to resolve any issues that you might have in a cordial and friendly manner. We answer all e-mails within 48 hours. If you have not heard from us within that time frame, please re-send your enquiry as it is likely that we did not receive your initial enquiry.
