We are a small liquidation company located in Lutz, Fl. We are affilated with over 10 warehouses across the United States and ship directly from those warehouses. Most items we sell are overstocked and brand new; however, some of our inventory may inlcude refurbished, used, or returned items. Please refer to the auction to determine the condition of the item. If you are unsure or need clarification, please send us an email. We will promptly respond to any emails within 24 hours. At Dealz4Real, we believe customer service is top priority. Free Shipping PromotionA few of our auctions are listed as FREE SHIPPING. To determine if an auction has the Free Shipping Promotion, please look underneath the title of the auction. The subtitle will state "FREE SHIPPING".
The Free Shipping only applies to items delivered to the contential United States and to physical addresses only. We utilize FEDEX Ground for the Free Shipping promotion; therefor, we cannot ship to PO BOXES. Items shipped to PO BOXES will be charged an additional shipping surchage, so that we may use USPS Priority to deliver the item.
Shipping Pricing ProblemsWe were advised that there is a problem with the Shipping information within our Auctions. We are currently attempting to resolve this problem. Please send us an email, if you would like to request exact shipping rates.
International ShippingWe gladly ship to international locations. Please provide us with your country and postal code for an accurate shipping quote. We prefer payment via international money order in U.S. Funds; however, we will accept paypal and credit card as a form of payment with prior approval. We will cancel any order that we may believe is suspicious and will send an email stating such. If you have any questions, please do not hesistate to send us an email.
Buyer pays all shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. PayPal CustomersWe do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. If you are paying with paypal, please make sure your adress is confirmed.Credit Card CustomersFor your own protection and ours, we require that the shipping address be the same as the billing address on the card. We will only hold a winning item for 3 days after the auction is closed. Our inventory is very limited on many of the items for auctions. In order to insure that you will receive the item, payment should be made within 3 days of the close of auctions. Non-payment will lead to negative feedback and non-payment file to Overstock. All the sales are final as this is an auction. Manufacturer provides all warranty service and technical support. If item is defective, repair and/or replacement shall be via the advertised Warranty provider. Seller reserves the right to cancel the bid. The bidder pays for the return shipping cost.
