- All of the items are sold at discount because they could not be sold at full retail value for one reason or another. The majority of our merchandise is from customer returns, store display models, and manufacturer overstock. Most of our merchandise offers a great value to our customers, whether it is like new, refurbished, slightly used or in wholesale condition. We will be sure to let you know the condition that the merchandise is in with our Item Descriptions.
- All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included, or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of the sale.
- All known and/or noticeable defects with the items functionality and/or physical condition are listed in the Description area. If there is nothing mentioned, then there were no noticeable defects.
- When an item is listed as UNTESTED it is usually due to a lack of resources, knowledge with the item, or proper equipment. - Failure to provide an appropriate shipping address is subject to Restocking fees. Our fees are set at 15% of the total amount you owe or have already paid us for the item. There is a $2.00 minimum charge for all re-stocking fees.
- We ship all items with FedEx, and depending on the size of the item, it will ship either FedEx ground or FedEx Freight. If your item weighs under 150lbs, we will most likely ship it via FedEx ground, however, we do ship televisions 26 inches or larger via FedEx Freight, regardless of weight, in order to ensure a safe delivery. We do reserve the right to choose our shipping carrier.
- We do not Combine Shipping costs, No Exceptions! Shipping Rates are as listed on the Auction and are NOT negotiable.
- Shipping insurance is required for all items.
- It is up to you, the consumer, to be sure that your payment profile information is current and accurate at all times. Fortuna is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your Name, Address, email Address, or Phone Number registered with your payment information, Credit Card or Overstock.com account.
- No third Party or C.O.D. shipping arrangements, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All items are usually shipped within three business days after receipt and processing of payment. This can vary from time to time, depending upon the volume of sales. Please note that if sales volume is high, this can mean an unexpected delay in shipping of your package, however, we do our best to ship all packages in a timely fashion. Absolutely! We encourage local pickups! You must schedule an appointment to pickup, so please make sure you complete the Kyozou checkout before you stop by so that we can be prepared for you to arrive and ensure a speedy pick up. Please also bring a valid photo ID with you, so that we may verify your order quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind that if you do not schedule a pick up and arrive within 10 days time, we reserve the right to re-list the merchandise, and we do charge a re-stocking fee. Pick up fees do apply to each individual auction in the place of shipping costs. Once you have won a bid or purchased from our web-site, payment for your item must be made within 10 days. Your Satisfaction is our #1 Goal! If youre not happy then we arent happy! Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions/concerns. - Once you purchase our merchandise, you the customer, are responsible for examining your package(s) upon delivery. This means that you are responsible for checking the contents of your package immediately.
- In order to return a product, you the customer must contact Fortuna either by email or phone within 5 days of receiving the item. You can also request an RMA by visiting Our RMA link below. If it is over the 5 day period, a return authorization request will be denied.
- All unauthorized returns will be ignored and returned to shipper as necessary. Please do not return an item without authorization.
- No Refunds will be issued, and no returns accepted, on any items listed as WHOLESALE or UNTESTED, or SOLD AS IS NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- No Refunds/Exchanges/Credits will be given until Fortuna has the Original Product returned to our Warehouse.
- All authorized returns must be received at our warehouse within 2 weeks from the date they are authorized.
- At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store credit, or an exchange after the item is returned to us.
- We will issue a resolution for all returns within 2 weeks of return receipt. It is the customers responsibility to accept a resolution, if one is proposed, within 2 weeks of our proposal. If the resolution is not accepted within this time-frame, we reserve the right issue a mandatory resolution for your return.
- We reserve the right to deny any request for return assistance at our discretion, if more than 90 days have passed since the date you purchased the item.
- All returns are subject to re-stocking fees of 15% of the total sale with a minimum charge of $2.00.
- It is up to the Customer to pay the cost of Shipping/Freight on all Returns.
- All Shipping Claims must be settled with FedEx before issuing reimbursement for items lost or damaged in shipment.
